ICC cricket world cup 2011 starts from feburary 19 and held in india as a host. It is held different cities in india like mumbai, kolkata, kochi, chennai, ahmedabad, colombo, banglore, nagpur and mohali. It is very prestigious that ICCworld cup is going to held in india. It is miracle matter for all our cricket fans in india.



India won the world cup in 1983 over west indies by 43 runs. kapil dev was the captain and vice captain was amarnath in 1983 india team. This match was held in lords in london. In 1983 world cup india loss the toss and were asked to bat first. this match amarnath was regarded as player of the match.

The indian squad for world cup 2011 is dhoni as captain, vice captain-virender sehwag, sachin tendulkar, yuvraj singh, gautam gambhir, suresh raina, virat kohli, yusuf pathan(all rounder), zaheer khan, ashish nehra, munaf patel, praveen kumar, harbhajan singh, R ashwin, piyush chawla.



The BCCI on monday announced the 15 members of world cup, but it is failed to select the pacer sreesanth, spinner pragyan ojha and all rounder rohit sharma too.

A festive mood:kites,kites and lots of kites.

Today, it is special day for me because it is sankranti. The whole day was delightful to me because i flew kites and lost kites a lot.i and my friends flew our kites on our terrace.
we live in apartment which has two blocks,it was competition between us that who will compete with other kites more in number. I enjoyed a lot because a certain number of kites
we lost,without any hesitation again we are flying kites.At night we flew a lamp kite,
we put the lamp keeping a candle in it in middle of kite and charak.

As a tennis guru.........think that you are federer, but do not play like him,play in u r own style.

My tennis expereinces.

I can give some tennis tips from my expereince. you may laugh that, my experience only one year, but i learnt lot. not only the game, but also some mental abilities,which we feel pressured mind while we playing some inter school competitions and other tournaments.
Recently, i played tournament which is sponsored by the DECAN CHRONICLE in secundrabad. In that tournament my opponent was one guy whose his home court was that court, where the tournament took place. As his home court he was very confident to win over me.
I remebered that, the tournament was took place at 4:00 PM,and the match was started, then first we went for small rallies after few seconds we started playing long rallies.And after that, the refree shouted at us to start the match.
I stood behind the court for few seconds, and the empire asked my name and school. at this matter my confidence level was went some down because when i said my school name, the empire and my opponent staerted pecking at me that, either it is a girls school or boys school.on the first moment i got angry on them, as there was no company for me as my friends went there homes, their match was finished at noon.
As i lost my confidence, i was beginning to feel that im no longer can stay there and i cannot compete with them.
At last i lost the match, i cannot tell my score because my prestige goes down, if it is occured which i cannot give you my tricks and i cannot tell my experiences.
